OK Go – This Too Shall Pass – RGM version

Directed by James Frost, OK Go and Syyn Labs. Produced by Shirley Moyers. The official video for the recorded version of "This Too Shall Pass" off of the album "Of the Blue Colour of the Sky". The video was filmed in a two story warehouse, in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The "machine" was designed and built by the band, along with members of Syyn Labs ( http://syynlabs.com/ ) over the course of several months.

This is My Tune!!! I stumbled on this track while searching for a particular remix of Gansta Luv by Snoop Dogg and The Dream. After doing some research on Hawthorne, it turns out he's being head hunted to produce music for some of the biggest names. He may have over extended the geek look but all is forgiven cuz this is mad refreshing; His sound is so classic with an incomparable vibe. The video below is where Diplo & Mayer Hawthorne meet snoop for the first time. This is also the remix i was originally looking for.

This is some brilliant shit right here. I love it when djs crossover and collaborate with other musicians. Skip to the 4 min mark for those of you who lack patience and an appreciation for various genres. This is properly wicked!! I strongly recommend Gonzo’s new mixtape, Pianist Envy.
